Privacy policy

Juditos is a service of Judo Marketing, a digital marketing agency in Miami, Florida. We set up assistants that answer on Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp on behalf of a business. Contact: admin@judomarketing.net.

• Your account. Name, email, business name and phone. The account is the same as your Judito Ads account and lives there; Juditos keeps no copy of your password.
• What you tell us about your business. The questionnaire answers and the documents or images you upload to train your assistant. That's what makes up its brain.
• Meta data, with your authorization. Your profile identifier, your Facebook Pages, your Instagram accounts and your WhatsApp numbers, plus the access permissions you grant us. Permissions are stored encrypted and never leave the server toward the browser.
• Your customers' messages. When someone writes to your business, we store the message, the reply and the identifier Meta assigns to that person. Without it the assistant wouldn't remember what the conversation was about three messages ago.
• Usage. How many messages were answered each day, to bill and to warn you before you go over your plan.

For what you ordered and nothing else: training your assistant, answering whoever writes to you, showing you your usage and charging your plan. We don't sell data, we don't hand it to advertisers and we don't use it to train anyone's artificial intelligence models.

• Meta. To receive and send messages through its platforms.
• Anthropic. The conversation text and the assistant's brain are sent to it to write each reply. Anthropic does not train its models on what is sent through its API.
• Vercel and Neon. Where the service runs and where the database lives.
• Google. To send you the confirmation, notice and invoice emails.

We would also hand it over if a competent authority required it through legal channels.

For as long as you have the service. If you cancel, we delete the Meta permissions immediately and the rest after ninety days, except what the law obliges us to keep for tax purposes.

Removing Juditos from your Facebook settings instantly deletes the access permissions and the identifiers of your Pages, your Instagram and your numbers. No copy remains.

The messages your customers wrote to your business aren't deleted by that, because they aren't data from your Meta account: they belong to your business, like your email does. If you also want them gone, write to admin@judomarketing.net and we'll do it within the following thirty days.

Meta access permissions are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never sent to the browser. All traffic goes over HTTPS. The notices Meta sends us are checked against the app's signature before we act on them, so nobody can pose as Meta.

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you by writing to admin@judomarketing.net. We answer within thirty days.

Juditos is a service for businesses. It isn't aimed at anyone under eighteen and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change something important, we also change the date above and let you know by email before it takes effect.
